These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learnovi (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About Learnovi

Learnovi provides free revision notes, summaries and study resources aimed at candidates preparing for the CeMAP qualification. The Service is completely free to use — there are no subscriptions, paid plans or in-app purchases. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) or any awarding body.

No professional advice

Content on Learnovi is provided for educational and revision purposes only. It is not financial, mortgage, legal, tax or regulatory advice and must not be relied upon when advising clients or making personal financial decisions. Always refer to current LIBF materials, FCA rules and a qualified professional for advice.

Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, but rules, thresholds and exam syllabuses change. We make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate or current, and we accept no liability for errors or omissions. If you spot a mistake, please let us know via the contact page.

Accounts

All revision content — notes, cheatsheets and PDF downloads — is available without an account. An account is only required to use the Dashboard, where you can track lesson progress and save bookmarks. You can sign in with email and password or with Google. Accounts are free. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or damage it.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.

Intellectual property

All content on Learnovi — including text, graphics, branding and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial revision. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party links and ads

The Service may contain links to third-party sites and display advertising. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learnovi and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profits, exam outcomes, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (or any account) at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above shows when they were most recently changed. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
