Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid products offered by Learnovi ("Learnovi", "we", "us"). All paid products are sold as one-time purchases — Learnovi does not sell subscriptions. Free content on the site is not covered by this policy.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible paid purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, customer service and refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund, you can either:

  • Visit Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net and use the order email address to manage your purchase, or
  • Email us at learnovi@outlook.com with your order details and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
