Who we are

Learnovi provides free CeMAP revision notes and study resources. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@learnovi.co.uk.

You can browse the entire revision guide — notes, cheatsheets and PDFs — without an account. An account is only needed to use the Dashboard (lesson progress and saved bookmarks).

Account information — if you create an account to use the Dashboard, we store your email address and basic profile details. Sign-in is via email and password or Google.
Dashboard data — lesson progress and bookmarks you save while signed in.
Usage data — pages viewed and lessons opened, used to improve the Service.
Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication, preferences and analytics.

How we use your information

To provide and maintain the Service.
To save your progress and preferences when signed in.
To analyse usage so we can improve content and performance.
To display advertising that helps keep Learnovi free.
